NCLT Approves Mason Infratech's Resolution Plan for Sabve Rohini

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Mumbai approved the resolution plan submitted by Mason Infratech Ltd. for the insolvent Sabve Rohini Contractors Private Limited, which was approved by 96.7% of the Committee of Creditors.
The resolution plan involves a total realizable amount of Rs. 1.5 crore against total admitted claims of approximately Rs. 20.74 crore, representing a 7.23% recovery for creditors.
The plan includes a 270-day implementation schedule, the formation of a monitoring committee, and provides for the payment of CIRP costs and operational creditor dues.
