NCLT Approves Murari Mohan Hotels-Rice Mills Amalgamation Meetings

NCLT Kolkata approves first motion for amalgamation of Murari Mohan Hotels into Murari Mohan Rice Mills with appointed date of 1st April 2026.
Tribunal directs meetings for equity shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors to be held on 27th July 2026 for scheme approval.
Appoints chairman and scrutinizer for meetings with remuneration of ₹1.5 lakh and ₹60,000 respectively, and mandates newspaper advertisements.
Requires service of notice to regulatory authorities including Regional Director, ROC, Official Liquidator, and Income Tax Department.
