NCLT Approves Persistent Systems-Arrka Infosec Merger

NCLT Mumbai Bench sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation for absorption of Arrka Infosec Private Limited into its parent Persistent Systems Limited.
The merger, effective from Appointed Date 01.04.2025, aims to simplify corporate structure and achieve operational synergies within the IT services group.
No shares will be issued as Arrka is a wholly-owned subsidiary; its share capital will be cancelled upon merger effectiveness.
Regulatory authorities including Regional Director, Income Tax, and Official Liquidator raised no objections, with certain rights and liberties reserved.
