NCLT Chandigarh Approves Dirba Pipes Amalgamation Scheme

NCLT Chandigarh sanctioned a scheme of amalgamation for three transferor companies into Dirba Pipes Private Limited under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The appointed date for the amalgamation is 01 April 2025, with all assets, liabilities, and employees transferring to the transferee company.
Regulatory authorities including ROC, Official Liquidator, and Income Tax Department raised no objections to the scheme, contingent on future tax compliance.
The transferee company will issue equity shares to shareholders of the transferor companies and must file the order with ROC within 30 days.
