NCLT Hyderabad Bench heard a merger scheme petition filed by BirlaNu Ltd. and Clean Coats Pvt Ltd. under Sections 230 & 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Tribunal reserved the case for orders following a hearing held on 15 April 2026.
The petitioners were represented by legal counsel Mr. Pavan Jhabak and Ms. Kruthi Kalaga during the proceedings.
