The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the company for both the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The results will be presented on both a standalone and consolidated basis.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed since October 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen on October 29, 2026, which is 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
