The approval includes transfer of permission from Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting Limited (LMBL) to New Delhi Television Limited
MIB approval was granted vide letter dated November 2, 2026
All conditions precedent contemplated under the Asset Purchase Agreement between the Company and LMBL have been fulfilled
The acquisition of the "GoodTimes" channel has been successfully completed
