Neelamalai Agro Industries Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure to the BSE Limited regarding arrangements for its 83rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The disclosure confirms that the company is offering e-voting facilities to its shareholders for the business to be transacted at the AGM. This is being done in compliance with Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

The AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 19th August 2026, at 11:00 A.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM), facilitated by the CDSL e-Voting system.

The company completed the dispatch of Notices and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026 to shareholders on 27th July 2026. These documents were sent via email.

The remote e-voting period will begin on Sunday, 16th August 2026 at 9:00 A.M. and will end on Tuesday, 18th August 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The e-voting services are provided by Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL).

The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote is 12th August 2026. Shareholders holding shares in either physical or dematerialized form as of this date are eligible to cast their vote electronically.

After the remote e-voting period ends, the e-voting module will be disabled by CDSL. Shareholders who did not cast their votes through remote e-voting will be able to exercise their voting rights through e-voting during the AGM itself, as the company will provide this facility at the meeting.
