Neeraj Paper Marketing Ltd. has agreed to sell an immovable property in Delhi for Rs. 60 lakhs, as disclosed in a regulatory filing under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
The property, which generated an annual rent of Rs. 2.1 lakhs, contributed a negligible 0.01% to the company's total income.
The company clarified the sale does not constitute a disposal of a business unit and will not impact its ongoing operations.
