Neeraj Paper Reappoints VPSJ & Co as Internal Auditor

Neeraj Paper Marketing Limited disclosed the re-appointment of its internal auditor pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.

The Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/s VPSJ & Co., Chartered Accountant, as Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2026-27. The approval was granted during a board meeting held on Saturday, 30th May 2026. The meeting commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M.
