Neetu Yoshi Limited has informed the stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations that the company is scheduled to commence commercial production at its new manufacturing facility with effect from 13 September 2026.
The manufacturing facility is located at Khasra No. 433, Chudiyala Mohanpur, Bhagwanpur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand – 247661. The facility was established utilizing the proceeds of the company's Initial Public Offer (IPO), in accordance with the Objects of the Offer as disclosed in the Prospectus.
The commissioning represents a significant milestone in the company's growth journey and is expected to substantially enhance manufacturing capabilities, improve operational efficiencies, strengthen execution capacity, and support increasing demand for the company's products in the railway and engineering sectors.
The company specifically chose 13th September as it marks the 52nd birth anniversary of Late Mrs. Neetu Lohia, the mother of the company's Promoters Mr. Himanshu Lohia and Mr. Subodh Lohia. Her vision, values, and dedication continue to inspire the company's journey.
