Neetu Yoshi Limited received a domestic purchase order worth ₹14.76 crore from an India-based wagon manufacturer.
The order involves manufacturing and supply of cast steel blocks to be executed from May 2026 to December 2026.
Disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and Circular dated July 13, 2023.
The order is not a related party transaction and promoters have no interest in it.
