Nemetschek SE, Munich-based engineering software firm, is close to finalizing acquisition of construction management software provider HCSS from Thoma Bravo.
The deal details remain undisclosed, and the parties have requested anonymity pending public announcement expected as early as Tuesday.
The acquisition would expand Nemetschek’s portfolio into construction management solutions, strengthening its position in the global engineering software market.
