Neogen Chemicals Allots 10 Lakh Shares for ₹161 Crore

Neogen Chemicals' Fund Raising Committee approved allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares at ₹1,610 per share on preferential basis.
Cadamba Solutions Private Limited, a promoter group member, received all shares totaling ₹161 crore investment.
The allotment increases company's paid-up equity capital from ₹26.38 crore to ₹27.38 crore.
Allotted shares will be locked in as per SEBI ICDR regulations for promoter group category.
