Nephrocare Health Services CFO Appointed Additional Chief Risk Officer

The board of Nephrocare Health Services has designated CFO Prashant Vinodkumar Goenka as the additional Chief Risk Officer, effective April 3, 2026.
Mr. Goenka, the current CFO, will continue in his existing role and take on the additional responsibility of Chief Risk Officer.
The appointment was approved by the board via circular resolution and is effective immediately.
