Nesco Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulation 30 regarding an update on sites obtained on lease from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML).
In continuation of its earlier communication dated 3 November 2025, the company formally applied to NHLML on 5 June 2026 for the surrender of all four sites it held on the Raipur-Visakhapatnam Expressway.
The decision to surrender these sites was driven by multiple adverse factors explicitly mentioned in the disclosure: local unrest, infrastructure deficiencies, regulatory and land-related issues, and challenging site conditions. These factors have collectively resulted in project delays and reduced the commercial feasibility of the sites.
The company states that the financial impact of this surrender cannot be estimated at present. The quantification is dependent on future actions and decisions by the concerned authority.
Concurrently, Nesco Limited confirms that it continues to carry on development work on its four other sites located on the Hyderabad Visakhapatnam Expressway, specifically in the Khammam - Devarapalle section.
The disclosure was signed and submitted by Shalini Kamath, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (ACS 14933).
