Neueon Receives Trading Approval for 50.89Cr Preferential Shares

Neueon Corporation received trading approval from BSE and NSE for 50.89 crore equity shares allotted on preferential basis.
The shares were issued pursuant to a Resolution Plan approved by NCLT Hyderabad on October 23, 2024.
Allotted shares are subject to a lock-in period until April 14, 2027 and will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
Trading of these new securities is permitted on both exchanges effective from April 08, 2026.
