Nexxus Petro Appoints Anil Bhatt as CFO

Nexxus Petro Industries appointed Mr. Anil Bhatt as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective April 10, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
Mr. Bhatt is a commerce graduate with over 28 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
He holds no shares in the company and was previously Head of Accounts (Senior Manager) at Nexxus Petro since May 2023.
