NFL AGM E-Voting Cut-Off Date Corrigendum

National Fertilizers Limited issued a corrigendum to correct an error in their previous communication regarding the 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26.

The original communication (Letter No. NFL/SEC/SE/2265 dated 12th August 2026) had inadvertently mentioned the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for remote e-voting as 14th September 2026 instead of the correct date of 15th September 2026. This error was attributed to a typographical mistake.

The company apologized for the error and confirmed that the revised cut-off date is Tuesday, 15th September 2026. Members holding shares in either physical or dematerialized form as on this date shall be entitled to vote electronically.

All other details mentioned in the original letter dated 12th August 2026 remain unchanged.
