Transaction Details
The Company has executed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) on October 13, 2026, for the acquisition of a land parcel measuring approximately 4.5 acres (19,020 square meters).
Location and Purpose
The land is located adjacent to the company's existing leased premise at R. S. 314/315, Khakariya Road, Mudhela Village, Savli Taluka, Vadodara District - 391510, Gujarat, India. This location is where the Company is currently constructing its new manufacturing facility.
Financial Terms
The total land acquisition cost is approximately ₹4.65 crores. The funding for this acquisition is being met from internal accruals.
Governance Approval
The proposal for this land acquisition was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution 1/26-27 dated October 13, 2026.
