- Deputation: Served on deputation with Ramagundam Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (RFCL), where he was associated with the stabilisation of the newly commissioned fertiliser complex.
- Education: Holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from NIT Durgapur and an MBA in Finance.
- Initiatives: Has been associated with several major plant revamp, energy-efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives during his career.
