Management Changes
- Shri T.K. Batra will cease to be Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01.11.2026 consequent upon attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2026.
- Shri Inderpreet Singh, currently serving as Chief General Manager (Panipat Unit Head), will be promoted to Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01.11.2026.

Responsibilities: Managing contracts, ensuring timely execution of capital schemes, reviewing emergency response plans, and maintaining compliance with environmental regulations while staying informed about emerging trends and technological advancements.
