NHAI Nears FY26 Monetisation Target with Rs. 28,300 Crore

NHAI has realized over Rs. 28,300 crore through InvIT and TOT models, nearing its FY 2025-26 target of Rs. 30,000 crore.
InvIT Round 5 was awarded for Rs. 6,366.98 crore for two NH sections, while TOT Bundle-18 was awarded for Rs. 3,087 crore for a 74.5 km highway.
Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust (RIIT) was listed on BSE, oversubscribed 14 times, with a concession value of Rs. 9,500 crore for five NH assets.
