Nibe Limited's subsidiary NDAL signed an SPA on March 30, 2026 to sell Nibe Aeronautics Limited (NAL) to promoter Mr. Nibe Ganesh Ramesh.
Consideration for the sale is not less than ₹1.52 crore; transaction expected to close by May 30, 2026.
NAL contributed zero revenue and only ₹191.19 lakhs (0.003%) to consolidated net worth in FY2025; transaction qualifies as an RPT at arm's length.
