Resignation of Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on October 14, 2026 (commencing at 03:04 p.m. and concluding at 3:47 p.m.), accepted the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Prabhakar Jathar from the position of Chief Executive Officer effective October 14, 2026.
Mr. Jathar resigned to pursue other interests. He ceases to be Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. He will be relieved from his services with effect from close of business hours on October 22, 2026. Consequently, he will cease to be Senior Managerial Personnel under SEBI Listing Regulations on that date.
Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Anish Kumar Sarkar as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective October 14, 2026. He will also serve as Senior Managerial Personnel under SEBI Listing Regulations.
