NIIT Learning Systems Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the record date for dividend payment for FY 2025-26.
The 24th AGM will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without physical presence of members, in compliance with circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI.
The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share of face value ₹2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to approval by members at the AGM.
If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source. Payment will be made to those members whose names appear as beneficial owners in the records furnished by the Depositories as at the close of business hours on the record date (August 20, 2026).
