Nike announced on 24 April 2026 it will cut about 1,400 jobs, mainly in its technology department.
The layoffs are part of the "Win Now" turnaround strategy to reshape tech, modernize air manufacturing, and integrate supply chain functions.
The cuts represent less than 2% of Nike’s global headcount and affect staff across North America, Asia, and Europe.
The announcement follows 775 job cuts made in January 2026.
