Board Meeting Information

A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. at the company's registered office in New Delhi. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board may also consider any other business with the permission of the chair.
