Nila Spaces Committee Reconstitution After Director Resignation

Nila Spaces Limited reconstituted its Audit and Stakeholder Relationship Committees following resignation of Independent Director Mr. Amit Chokshi.
Mr. Shrinjay Shyamal Joshi appointed as Chairperson of both committees via circular board resolution dated 30 March 2026.
Both committees now comprise Shrinjay Joshi (Chairperson), Rajal Mehta, and Prashant Sarkhedi as members.
