Nimbus Projects Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30) regarding the availing of a term loan facility.

The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Monday, July 27, 2026, approved the following:

  • Availing a term loan facility of up to ₹40 Crore (Rupees Forty Crore only) from ICICI Bank Limited.
  • Authorizing its firm, IITL-Nimbus, The Express Park View, to act as a Guarantor for availing the mentioned loan.

Key Loan Details

  • Total Loan Amount: Not exceeding ₹40 Crore (Rupee Term Loan)
  • Interest Rate: 10.10% per annum
  • Tenure: 36 months
  • Disbursement: To be availed from time to time in various tranches
  • Sanction Date: The credit arrangement/sanction letter was dated July 20, 2026.

Purpose of Loan

The loan proceeds are to be utilized for:

1. Up to ₹40.00 Crore towards the repayment of existing term loan facilities availed from another lender, which were utilized towards the cost of ongoing projects of the Borrower Group (specifically excluding land, TDR, and FSI cost) and transaction-related expenses.

2. Any balance of the proposed loan to be utilized towards funding the cost of ongoing projects.

Security Provided

The facility, along with all interest, costs, charges, and other monies, shall be secured by the following:

1. First Pari Pasu charge by way of equitable mortgage on approximately 52,493.16 square meters of land located at Plot No. GH-03, Sector CHI-V, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

2. First Pari Pasu charge by way of equitable mortgage on unsold units of the project, including any cancellations of sold units.

3. First Pari Passu charge by way of hypothecation on the future Scheduled Receivables of the Project and all insurance proceeds (present and future).

4. First Pari Passu charge by way of hypothecation on the Escrow Account/s of the Project.

5. Exclusive charge by way of hypothecation on the DSR Account, all monies credited/deposited therein, and all related investments.
