The Board will consider and approve two main agenda items:
1. The unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
2. The consideration of declaration of interim dividend, if any
The company had previously informed via intimation dated September 28, 2026 about the trading window closure period. The trading window close period for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) and connected persons commenced from October 1, 2026 and will end on October 24, 2026 (both days inclusive).
