Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited discloses ESOP allotments under three employee benefit schemes approved on May 11, 2026.
The company allotted 133,690 equity shares under its 2019 ESOP plan at grant prices ranging from ₹223.32 to ₹372.71 per share.
An additional 26,408 shares were allotted under the 2023 ESOP scheme and 13,383 shares under the 2023 Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme.
The allotments increased the company's paid-up equity share capital to 63,82,89,477 shares of ₹10 each, totaling ₹6,38,28,94,770.
