Contract Details

NIS Management Limited has been awarded a work order by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) for security services.

Contract Value: ₹11.90 crore (inclusive of Goods and Services Tax)

Contract Duration: Two years, commencing from August 01, 2026

The Company will deploy approximately 250 security personnel to provide safety, security, and guarding services for WBSEDCL's installations and equipment across various site offices within its jurisdiction.

Financial Terms

The work order provides for a service charge of 10% on the applicable gross amount, excluding bonus, in accordance with the contractual terms.
