Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd invests ₹90 crore via its RESO-I fund in a residential project by Paranjape Schemes in Hinjewadi, Pune.
The investment is structured credit for a project with 4.02 lakh sq. ft. saleable area and a Gross Development Value of ~₹370 crore.
The project is part of the established 150-acre Blue Ridge township and targets strong end-user demand in a prime IT hub micro-market.
