A Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 08th August, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Insider Trading Restrictions
In accordance with the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Designated and connected persons and their immediate relatives. The closure period extends until August 10, 2026, which represents 48 hours from the time the Financial Results are made public.
