The company received an intimation from BSE Limited regarding a filing by CRISIL. Upon checking, it was noted that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited, a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, conducted a suo moto (on its own initiative) overall ESG rating assessment of the company.
CRISIL assigned the company an ESG rating of 'CRISIL ESG 59', which indicates a rating category of 'Adequate'.
