Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited allotted 14,76,432 (Fourteen Lakh Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Two) equity shares of face value ₹10 each on June 23, 2026 under its employee stock option plans. The allotment was made under two separate schemes:
- ESOP Scheme 2020: 2,42,855 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme 2024: 12,33,577 equity shares
The allotted equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
Capital Structure Change:
Consequent to this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹18,49,23,37,030 (Rupees One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Crore Twenty-Three Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand Thirty only), comprising 1,84,92,33,703 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
