Allotment of 4.11 Lakh ESOP Shares at Face Value
Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited allotted a total of 4,11,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each on August 26, 2026 under its employee stock option plans. The allotment was made upon exercise of options by eligible grantees under two schemes:
- Niva Bupa Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (ESOP Scheme 2020): 1,92,100 equity shares

The newly allotted equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
