Niyogin Fintech Appoints Nitin Jaiswal to Audit Committee

Niyogin Fintech Limited reconstituted its Audit Committee via a board resolution passed by circulation on May 13, 2026.
Mr. Nitin Jaiswal was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Member, effective from May 14, 2026.
The updated four-member committee is chaired by Mr. Samir Mohan Pandiri and includes two other independent directors.
