NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has reported significant achievements under Special Campaign 6, a nationwide initiative spearheaded by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) across all Union Ministries and Public Sector Undertakings. The campaign, which ran from October 2–31, 2026, focused on effective e-waste management in compliance with E-Waste Management Rules 2022, alongside operational excellence initiatives.
NLCIL exceeded multiple operational targets, identifying and organizing cleanliness drives across 180 campaign sites against a target of 145 sites. The company reclaimed 2,496,193 square feet of space, surpassing its proposed target of 2,415,786 square feet. In scrap disposal, NLCIL processed 1,272 metric tonnes against a target of 1,266.22 MT, generating revenue of ₹3,11,89,078 (approximately ₹3.12 crore).
