• The JV company is named NIRL PTC Renewables Limited
• Equity participation ratio is 74:26 between NIRL and PTC India Limited
• The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the Certificate of Incorporation on 16th September, 2026
• The purpose of the joint venture is for setting up Green Energy Projects across India
