Strategic Initiative: Joint Venture Agreement for Green Energy Projects

NLC India Renewables Limited (NIRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of NLC India Limited, has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with OREDA Ltd. for the development of green energy projects in the state of Odisha.

  • Installation and generation of 1000 MW green energy power plant(s) across Odisha
  • Technologies include: Solar, Wind, Hybrid projects, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Pumped Hydro Storage, Green Hydrogen, and any new potential RE technologies emerging in future
  • Waste-to-energy projects and low-carbon round-the-clock power
