NMDC Appoints Anurag Kapil as CFO

NMDC Limited appointed Shri Anurag Kapil (DIN 06640383) as Director (Finance) and CFO w.e.f. 31st March 2026 for five years.
Smt. G Anupama, Chief General Manager (Finance), ceased to be CFO and KMP effective 31st March 2026.
The appointment is pursuant to Ministry of Steel Order No. S-14013/1/2024-BLA dated 18th March 2026, disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
