NMDC Limited has formally intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming 68th Annual General Meeting and dividend record date through a regulatory disclosure.
The 68th Annual General Meeting of NMDC Limited will be held on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing (VC) / other audio-visual means (OAVM) without physical presence of members at a common venue. This format is in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rules made thereunder and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with all applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI.
The company has fixed Monday, 5th October 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed dividend amount is ₹1 per equity share, contingent upon approval by shareholders at the AGM.
In accordance with circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, the Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.
