AGM Details
The 11th Annual General Meeting of NMDC Steel Limited will be held on Monday, 28th September 2026 at 1530 Hrs through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Document Distribution
The Notice of 11th AGM and Annual Report containing the financial statements for the financial year 2025-26, Auditors' Report, Board's Report and other documents were sent via email on or before 6th September 2026 to all members with registered email IDs. These documents are available on the company's website (https://www.nsltd.in/en), stock exchange websites (www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com), and NSDL website (www.evoting.nsdl.com).
E-Voting Arrangements
The company has engaged National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to enable members to attend the AGM through VC/OAVM and cast votes electronically. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is Monday, 21st September 2026. The remote e-voting platform will be open from Thursday, 24th September 2026 (0900 Hrs) to Sunday, 27th September 2026 (1700 Hrs). Members who do not vote remotely may vote during the AGM through the e-voting system.
Member Registration Requirements
Members without registered email addresses or who became members after the AGM notice dispatch must register their email with their Depository Participant (for demat shares) or with the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s Aarthi Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (Email: info@aarthiconsultants.com, copy to cs_nisp@nmdc.co.in) for physical shares. Those not registered with NSDL can obtain user ID and password by sending a request to evoting@nsdl.com.
AGM Attendance via VC/OAVM
Members can attend the AGM through VC/OAVM via the NSDL e-voting system by following the "Access to NSDL e-Voting system" instructions in the Notice. After login, members can access the "VC/OAVM" link under the "Join meeting" menu.
Speaker Registration
Members wishing to speak or ask questions during the 11th AGM may register as speakers by sending a request between 21st September 2026 (0900 Hrs) to 25th September 2026 (1700 Hrs) to cs_nisp@nmdc.co.in, providing their name, DP ID, Client ID/folio number, email id, and mobile number.
