On October 27, 2026, NoBroker, described as India’s first proptech unicorn, announced the opening of its second NoBroker Interiors Experience Centre in Pune, located in Kharadi (Wadgaon Sheri). The 5,500 sq ft facility expands the brand’s presence into East Pune, complementing the earlier flagship Home Interior Experience Centre in Wakad (West Pune).

The Kharadi centre displays five modular kitchen setups, two living‑room arrangements, two pooja‑room designs, more than 25 wardrobe‑shutter displays and multiple crockery units, allowing visitors to walk through the layouts, compare materials and finishes, and discuss requirements with on‑site interior designers.
Technology Integration
NoBroker Interiors is simultaneously investing in artificial‑intelligence tools; its in‑house AI‑assisted design platform provides planning assistance, visualisation and photorealistic 3D renders to help homeowners preview completed spaces before construction begins.
Strategic Outlook
CEO and Co‑founder Amit Kumar Agarwal stated that the new centre aims to give homeowners greater clarity and confidence, and that the company intends to open two additional Pune Experience Centres by 2027, with the goal of becoming the city’s leading home‑interiors brand within the next two years.
