On October 27, 2026, NoBroker, described as India’s first proptech unicorn, announced the opening of its second Experience Centre in Pune, located in Kharadi (Wadgaon Sheri). The new centre occupies 5,500 sq ft of space and marks the company’s entry into East Pune, following the earlier launch of its flagship Home Interior Experience Centre in Wakad, West Pune.
The Kharadi centre is designed for homeowners to physically explore interior design options before committing. It features five modular kitchen setups, two living‑room arrangements, two pooja‑room layouts, more than 25 wardrobe‑shutter displays, and multiple crockery units, reflecting local preferences in colours, layouts and finishes. Visitors can walk through the displays, compare materials, and discuss requirements with on‑site interior designers who provide recommendations tailored to space and budget.
In parallel with its physical expansion, NoBroker Interiors is investing in artificial‑intelligence‑assisted design tools. Its in‑house AI platform generates photorealistic 3‑D renders, enabling customers to visualise finished homes and narrow the gap between expectations and execution. The company also offers a lifetime warranty on its interior solutions, subject to applicable terms and coverage.
