NoBroker.com, India’s first proptech unicorn, announced the launch of Zivora, a dedicated at‑home beauty and personal‑care brand, marking its entry into the fast‑growing beauty services segment. The move builds on NoBroker’s established home‑services platform, which processes nearly 200,000 service requests each month across categories such as home cleaning, painting, air‑conditioner servicing, plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance services. The company states that beauty services account for roughly 50% of total home‑services revenue, driven by higher repeat usage – salon services are typically booked once or twice a month versus a few times a year for deep‑cleaning or repair jobs.
Internal data indicates that fewer than 10% of apartment households have ever used professional at‑home salon services, suggesting significant under‑penetration and headroom for growth. To support the new brand, NoBroker has set up dedicated training centres in Bengaluru, where more than 200 beauty professionals have already been trained. Zivora’s technology stack incorporates AI‑driven demand forecasting to better predict customer needs, optimise appointment slots, reduce missed demand, and enhance workforce productivity; the AI also provides performance insights to service professionals to improve quality and earnings.
Amit Kumar Agarwal, co‑founder and CEO of NoBroker Bengaluru, emphasized that the company’s philosophy is to build sustainable, profitable businesses rather than rely on heavy discounting. He highlighted NoBroker’s existing trusted customer base of over 40 million registered users and a profitable home‑services business, which provide a foundation for scaling Zivora efficiently while maintaining healthy unit economics. Zivora will operate as a standalone brand to create a specialised identity in the beauty and personal‑care category while leveraging NoBroker’s five‑to‑six‑year operational expertise in home services.
Looking ahead, NoBroker plans to roll out Zivora across multiple Indian cities in the coming months, further strengthening its presence in the evolving home‑services ecosystem. The company currently operates in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi‑NCR. NoBroker was founded by Akhil Gupta, Amit Kumar Agarwal, and Saurabh Garg, and has raised $366 million from investors including General Atlantic, Tiger Global, Google, Elevation Capital, Moore Capital, Beenext, and KTB Ventures, with angel investors such as Vijay Shekhar Sharma and Anand Chandrasekaran.
