Octave Intelligence plc (NASDAQ: OCTV) announced that Noida International Airport (NIA) has adopted Octave Attune EAM, formerly known as HxGN EAM, as its enterprise asset management platform. The deployment began during the airport’s construction phase and is now live as a standalone system, with plans to expand integration with ERP, GIS, BMS and BIM.
Airport Capacity and Growth
NIA opened its first phase on 28 March 2026, initially handling 12 million passengers. The hub is designed to scale capacity to as much as 70 million passengers per year by 2050, positioning it among Asia’s largest airports.
India’s Airport Expansion Targets
India’s operational airports increased from 74 in 2014 to 163 in 2025. The government has set a target of 350‑400 airports by 2047. In line with this, ₹150 billion has been committed to modernising airport systems by 2028.
Attune EAM Features and Integration Roadmap
Attune EAM will create a structured registry for critical assets such as runways, taxiways, airfield lighting, terminal facilities, baggage systems, HVAC units, e‑gates and vehicle fleets. The platform provides a single source of truth for preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning and regulatory compliance. Energy‑management capabilities will monitor water, air, gas and electricity consumption to support sustainability goals. Future integrations with ERP, GIS, Building Management Systems and Building Information Modelling will knit together real‑world conditions, historical data and operational workflows, enabling condition‑based maintenance and informed decision‑making.

The deployment aligns with the ₹150 billion modernisation fund earmarked for airport infrastructure through 2028, reinforcing a unified, data‑centric approach to asset intelligence and sustainability.
