Nokia to Sell Campus Edge Business to Aurelius

Nokia disclosed that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Enterprise Campus Edge business to the private‑equity firm Aurelius. The consideration for the transaction was not disclosed. The sale is slated to be completed in the first half of 2027 and is presented as a component of Nokia’s broader strategy to trim non‑core holdings and concentrate on its core communications‑equipment operations. Following the acquisition, the Campus Edge business is expected to function as a standalone entity, gaining greater independence and a dedicated strategic focus under Aurelius’s ownership.
